Job description
RRD is seeking a VP - Operations to lead the Monroe, Wisconsin facility, driving safety, quality, productivity and financial success. You will provide executive leadership, develop plans, manage budgets and oversee all operations to meet strategic goals.
Responsibilities include improving safety and quality, mentoring managers, collaborating with Sales to grow the customer base, and ensuring regulatory compliance while reporting performance to Corporate.
