Job description

FieldPulse is a high-growth field service management software built specifically for the trades. From the first call to the final payment, we help trades businesses streamline every step of their work. Our platform empowers office staff, field technicians, management, and business owners with the tools they need to book and schedule work, create estimates, complete jobs, and get paid - faster and more efficiently. Trusted by thousands of businesses globally, FieldPulse pairs cutting-edge technology with a customer-first mindset to support the people who keep our world running.

As VP of Partnerships, you will own and scale FieldPulse’s channel and partnership ecosystem as a core driver of customer acquisition and revenue growth. This leader will build a high-performing partner engine that consistently delivers new customers through strategic channels. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and activating partners who can directly drive pipeline and closed revenue, including industry suppliers, software integrations, payments partners, affiliates, and influencers. You’ll define how partnerships contribute to FieldPulse’s go‑to‑market strategy, creating scalable acquisition channels that expand our reach and accelerate growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the CRO, with direct accountability for partner‑sourced pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue impact.

Where You'll Work:

Full-time, in‑office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.

You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high‑energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Own and execute a channel and partnerships strategy focused on customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Build and scale a partner‑driven acquisition engine, with clear targets for pipeline, conversion, and closed‑won revenue.

Identify, recruit, and close high‑impact partners that can consistently deliver new customers to FieldPulse.

Design and optimize partner programs, incentives, and GTM motions that drive measurable growth.

Activate and manage partners to ensure ongoing pipeline contribution, not just signed agreements.

Establish KPIs and reporting around partner‑sourced revenue, CAC efficiency, and channel performance.

Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product to integrate partners into the full customer lifecycle.

Build and lead the partnerships team, creating a performance‑driven, acquisition‑focused culture.

Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously refine and expand FieldPulse’s channel strategy.

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales leadership roles with clear ownership of revenue or customer acquisition targets.

Proven track record of building partnerships that drive measurable pipeline and closed revenue.

Deep experience developing and scaling channel programs or partner ecosystems.

Strong operator mindset, you think in terms of funnels, conversion, and ROI, not just relationships.

Ability to both strategize and execute, from sourcing partners to closing deals and driving activation.

Experience working cross‑functionally to align partnerships with broader GTM efforts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly analytical, with experience tracking and optimizing channel performance metrics.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

Impactful, Fast‑Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.

Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical insurance, plus dental & vision benefits to keep you covered.

Lunches Provided Monday–Friday: Delicious meals on us to fuel your day.

Health & Wellness Perks: Memberships to keep you feeling your best.

401(k) Plan: Secure your future while you grow with us.

Clear Path for Growth: Transparent career progression, professional development, and promotion opportunities.

Paid Parental Leave: Support for you and your family when it matters most.
