Job description
AbsenceSoft is transforming the employee experience and is hiring a VP of HR to build and lead our people function from the ground up in Denver. You will own the full HR organization, translate company strategy into people programs, and report to the CFO in a high-autonomy, high-impact role.
This hybrid role requires about 2 days per week in-office in downtown Denver, collaborating with executives to drive engagement, automation, and scalable processes while shaping compensation and benefits,
