Job description
State Department Federal Credit Union seeks a VP of Human Resources to lead day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic direction to support organizational goals. You will guide the HR team, model hands-on leadership, and ensure compliant HR practices while driving initiatives across the organization.
Ideal candidates have a Master’s in HR or related field, 10+ years in HR with 5+ in senior leadership, and strong Paycom experience.
