Job description
Los Angeles Opera seeks a new Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations to lead all people functions, culture initiatives, and labor relations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will partner with the board and senior leaders to advance the artistic and organizational mission while safeguarding fiscal health.
The role oversees talent strategy, compensation, benefits, labor negotiations, and workforce planning for a diverse, year-round workforce of staff and artists.
