Job description
Backblaze seeks an experienced CHRO-level leader to build and scale HR for a remote-first, international company. You will design engagement, culture, communications, and retention systems, leading a small HR ops and HRBP team in a fast-growing environment driven by AI tools.
The role requires global people leadership, ownership of processes, and strong collaboration with executive leadership. Compensation is competitive with RSU/bonus components and full benefits.
