Job description
Pursuit seeks a hands-on VP of People to build and own the people function as we scale. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a true generalist role for someone who thrives working solo, moves between strategy and execution, and wants to shape culture and talent strategy at a growing company from the ground up.
You’ll partner with leadership on recruiting, comp design, culture-building and performance management—with contingent recruiting support to scale hiring volume.
