Job description

In Charge Electrical Services, LLC, headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to shape talent strategy for a fast-growing, multi-state organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead strategy, total rewards, compliance, and M&A integration while the HR Director handles day-to-day operations.

You will build scalable recruiting, oversee HRIS/payroll, develop leadership, define succession, and steward culture during rapid growth and acquisitions.
