Rectangle Health, a SaaS-enabled fintech provider, seeks a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy, operations, and workforce planning. You will partner with the COO and executives to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliant policies and scalable processes.
