Job description
Avenue5 is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to steer strategic direction for an existing portfolio of multifamily properties and partners. The role focuses on maximizing client satisfaction and growing the portfolio using Avenue5 tools and leadership.
You will lead long- and short-term plans, recruit and mentor associates, and drive revenue growth across complex client accounts, while ensuring strong governance and budget adherence.
