Job description
Berkshire Residential Investments seeks a Vice President, Property Operations to direct the property management function for a multi-asset portfolio. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to drive financial performance and leasing success.
The VP will lead on-site execution, strengthen onsite teams, and coordinate with Asset Management to improve visibility, leasing activity, and overall portfolio results at Berkshire Residential
