Job description
Gray Construction is seeking a Vice President, Quality to lead our national quality program and drive continuous improvement across design, procurement, and construction.
This executive role oversees field quality, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and the enterprise TQMS, partnering with Business Excellence to raise standards on active projects.
A proven track record transforming quality at large design-build firms, plus strong communication and cross-functional leadership, is required.
