Job description
AVB, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Residential Operations in Portage, MI to lead end-to-end delivery of our residential communities. You will align land development, infrastructure, home construction, and homeowner service to drive predictable, profitable results across multiple communities.
Ideal candidates have 15+ years in residential construction/operations, 10+ years leading multiple functions, and strong financial acumen. Lean Construction, CI, and KPI programs experience is a plus.
