Job description
EA Talent Solutions is recruiting for a VP - Revenue Cycle Management for a large medical practice in New Jersey. This role reports to the COO and drives strategic planning, leadership and ongoing process improvement across credentialing, prior authorization, charge entry, coding, billing, collections, denials and compliance.
Responsibilities include guiding RCM technology implementations, creating monthly executive reports, budgeting, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
