Job description
CareWell Health Medical Center in East Orange, NJ seeks a strategic VP of Revenue Cycle. The VP of RCM reports to the CFO and oversees patient financial services, registration, coding, billing, collections and AR analysis to improve net revenue and cash flow.
The role builds strong relationships with hospital leadership, partners with the finance team on forecasting and budgeting, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
