Job description
Valor Front is assisting a confidential client to locate a VP of Sales & Marketing for a Charlotte, NC based, long-tenured food service packaging manufacturer. The role oversees the full sales and marketing function, driving a metrics-based approach and a new incentive model to accelerate growth.
The candidate will own senior accounts, lead elevated business development, and embed value-selling and AI capabilities across pipeline, pricing, and talent processes.
