Job description
Pro-Active Engineering in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul and Madison areas is seeking a VP of Sales to lead our commercial growth. This highly technical, consultative leadership role focuses on building a top-performing team, winning new logos in defense, aerospace, medical, and growing wallet share with existing customers.
You will shape strategy with operations and quality, translate technical requirements into winning proposals, and represent the company at industry events.
