Farmer & Betts seeks a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale the retirement plans sales practice in Texas. Hybrid role with travel to Grapevine and within the territory, guiding a seasoned team and recruiting new consultants.
You’ll deepen relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, and business owners, using a consultative approach to drive growth and improve forecasting and pipeline visibility.
