Job description
Pattern is seeking a VP of Social Commerce Management to lead brand management and drive 3P marketplace growth from our Lehi, Utah office. The role focuses on forecasting, profitability, and scalable operating standards across a fast-moving marketplace ecosystem.
The candidate will coach Directors, partner with inventory and finance, and own end-to-end performance across the portfolio while shaping strategy for rapid growth and operational excellence.
