Job description
Oberlin College & Conservatory seeks a visionary Vice President for Communications to serve as the strategic architect of the institution's messaging, brand, and reputation across the enterprise.
The VP will oversee and align communications across Oberlin, advise the President and ELT, lead crisis communications, and position the college to strengthen enrollment, advancement, and public impact. They will manage a high-performing staff and act as a trusted spokesperson.
