Job description
EZRA in New York seeks a VP, Strategy reporting to the COO to shape EZRA's strategic direction across business and product strategy—translating insights into choices, investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
You will lead a team of Strategy Leads, coordinate with Product, Technology, Coaching and Commercial teams, and support Board and Executive discussions with clear business cases and recommendations. The role requires 12+ years in strategy roles and credibility with C-suite executives.
