Overview
Join a dynamic financial institution as their VP of Treasury Management Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for onboarding clients to treasury services. The role is integral to enhancing client experiences and ensuring seamless operations. The company is seeking a driven professional to take charge and make a significant impact in their treasury management department.
Position: VP of Treasury Management Operations
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Treasury Management team in client onboarding
Conduct onboarding calls and maintain client meetings
Collaborate across departments for optimized operations
Ensure concise and effective communication with clients
Manage and build out the team, hiring as needed
Oversee ACH, wire transfers, and other financial operations
Develop and implement treasury management strategies
Enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience in banking and treasury management operations
Strong knowledge of ACH, wires, and transfers
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with FIS core system
Sales experience or sales-oriented personality
Background in treasury sales or support roles
Experience in a similar financial institution
