Job description
Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) seeks an experienced operations and controls professional to join our Investment Operations function as Vice President, Operational Excellence. This high‑impact role will assess and strengthen daily operations across the full investment operations platform and own the health of operational risk and controls.
The role leads RCSA, tests control effectiveness, defines KPI frameworks, and partners with Strategy & Execution to convert findings into durable fixes.
