A respected regional health system is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize hospital operations, driving efficiency and high quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategy with senior leadership
Lead department heads and manage operational KPIs
Improve patient flow, workflows and resource utilization
Partner with Finance on the operational budget
Requirements
9+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
