Job description
Summary
The Vice President of Operations leads and integrates key operational functions for a global skincare brand. This role oversees new product planning, purchasing, sustainability, regulatory compliance, quality, and process engineering to support product innovation, compliance, and business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead new product introductions from concept through market launch and align cross-functional teams on timelines.
Establish quality frameworks and ensure product and claims compliance with international regulations.
Optimize costs through value analysis, value engineering, and other initiatives.
Define and implement sustainability priorities and drive operational excellence.
Build and develop a high-performing team, set clear accountabilities, and plan for succession.
Partner with management on an operations roadmap supporting growth, resilience, and scalable performance.
Requirements
12-15+ years of progressive technical services or operations experience in beauty or cosmetics.
Experience leading multiple functions, managing teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of quality systems and beauty regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated success with process improvement, KPIs, and measurable operational outcomes.
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
Strong strategic, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
