Urrly is seeking a Vice President of Operations to build the operating system for a growing multi-site physician-practice platform. This hands‑on role requires turning growth plans into consistent results, partnering with physicians and leaders, and delivering measurable accountability across practices and markets.
Based in Houston with potential secondary markets, you will head staffing, scheduling, revenue cycle, patient access, and site-wide operations.
