Job description
Xero in California seeks a VP, People Experience Partnering to serve as a direct HR Business Partner to senior leaders and to lead HRBP teams across the business. You will report to the EGM PX Enablement and HR Partnering, shaping the global people strategy and its execution.
You will collaborate with PX CoEs, drive talent management and org design, manage regulatory risk, and use data to evolve people programs across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
