nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnOversee the development and execution of strategies for delivering clinical pharmacy services across the organization in order to achieve high quality, affordable health care that improves patient outcomes.
n
nnDirect a team of local and regionally-based clinical pharmacy leaders in order to achieve consistently high levels of performance meeting clinical, operational and financial key process indicators.
n
nnAssess external clinical pharmacy industry trends and developments that represent risk andopportunities for the organization. Develop short and long term plans to respond to potential risks and capitalize on opportunities.
n
nnResponsible for maintaining compliance with regulations of state, federal and other licensing andregulatory agencies at all hospitals, outpatient pharmacies and other locations of medication management.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnPharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
n nWork Experience:
nnn7 years of experience required.
n
nn5 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required.
n
nnPharmacy Residency preferred.
n
nnAt least 5+ years of leadership experience in pharmacy
n
nnAdvanced degree preferred (MBA or other relevant graduate degree)
n
nnExperience with specialty pharmacy services
n
nnExperience with infusion services
n
nnStrong knowledge and experience with 340B programs and compliance
