Job description
Lockton Companies in Plano, TX is seeking a VP, Lead Consultant to lead our Pharmacy practice and manage a complex, large book of business. The role requires expert consultation on health and welfare plan design, pricing, vendor analysis and negotiations, and leading RFPs.
The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in PBMs or health plans, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive client satisfaction and retention while mentoring team members. Travel will be required.
