Job description
Southern Methodist University is seeking a visionary Vice President for Principal Giving to build SMU's inaugural principal gifts program. Reporting to the Senior VP for Development, the VP will design, lead, and scale a university-wide strategy to secure transformational gifts and position SMU for its next campaign.
The role requires a track record of major gifts success, strategic leadership across schools and volunteer partners, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.
