Selby Jennings is seeking a VP/Senior Associate to take ownership of deal execution within our Private Equity team, spanning the full transaction lifecycle from analysis to closing. Based in New York City for a year, with relocation to Austin thereafter.
The role involves leading financial and valuation analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, risk assessment, and coordinating with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory parties.
