Job description
Tract Capital seeks a VP, Process & Systems Development to deliver end‑to‑end CRM and ERP solutions aligned with business strategy. The role is hands‑on, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while guiding cross‑functional teams and governance across complex initiatives.
You will translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements, partner with Finance, Engineering, and Construction, and lead delivery projects through a disciplined SDLC with strong change controls.
