Job description
Paychex is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own the commercial strategy for every product set, shaping ICPs, pricing, and packaging architecture. You will partner with Product to influence roadmaps and drive market-facing messaging across Content, Design, Demand Generation, and Enablement.
You will transform product marketing into a strategic partner, leading a team of Directors and Senior PMMs, and reporting outcomes to executives.
