Job description
IPSY, a remote-first beauty platform, seeks a VP of Product Management to lead Product Management and UX across web, mobile, and internal platforms, aligning with business goals and engineering leadership. You will define strategy, own the roadmap, and drive data-driven decisions to fuel growth, retention, and revenue.
You'll partner with C-suite and cross-functional teams, build a scalable product organization, and champion customer obsession in everything you ship.
