Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Project Finance Middle Office VP for a permanent role. The position oversees a portfolio spanning corporate and structured finance agency roles, coordinating closings, monitoring cash flow, and interfacing with Front Office, Legal and Credit Risk.
The candidate will manage borrower deliverables, track covenants, and evaluate CP draws and distributions while maintaining data in proprietary systems and supporting waiver processes.
