Job description
Golub & Company LLC, based in Chicago, is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions to establish their presence in key markets. This role involves identifying and acquiring multifamily, commercial, and other real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, strong negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of underwriting.
The position offers a base salary of $200,000-$225,000 plus bonuses. Benefits include health insurance and a work-from-home option once a week.
