Job description
BGRE in Dallas, TX, seeks a VP of Real Estate Development to lead source, evaluate, and execute multifamily and mixed‑use opportunities in Texas, building a Texas platform with support from Brookfield's global real estate resources.
You will manage due diligence, lead cross‑functional teams, develop financial models, and travel across Texas and the U.S. to grow deal flow while expanding BGRE’s market presence.
