RCLCO advises institutional investors on real estate strategies with a focus on disciplined underwriting and rigorous financial modeling. The Investments & Portfolio Management team, based in multiple US cities, develops strategies that maximize value across real estate cycles.
Candidates should bring 9–13+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in real estate/finance/economics, and strong Excel-based analysis. The role offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive total compensation package.
