Job description
Howden is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate Representations & Warranties Insurance (RWI) to lead RWI placements for complex real estate transactions. You will engage with private equity sponsors, developers, law firms, lenders, and insurers throughout the deal lifecycle.
The role combines transaction execution, due diligence, insurer engagement, and client advisory in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work out of NYC or LA with strong growth potential.
