Job description
Welltower in New York City seeks a VP, Transactions Tax to lead tax planning, research, and scalable process development for the portfolio. You will oversee transaction tax implications, modeling, and review, shaping policy and working with external advisors.
You will collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and Portfolio Management to ensure accurate tax analysis and efficient closing of deals, while mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
