Job description
Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Real Estate Valuation and Advisory professional to conduct financial analyses of real estate assets, beds- and bids, and to lead engagements in the REVS practice. This role emphasizes client interaction, data-driven valuation, and oversight of junior staff.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience with real estate financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and property-level valuation using Excel and ARGUS.
