Job description
The St. Joe Company is seeking a Vice President of Residential Real Estate to lead Northwest Florida residential projects, drive lot sales, and align development with financial targets. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across planning, development, marketing and sales to advance strategic projects.
This role requires strong negotiation, financial acumen, and experience managing complex multi-site developments within master-planned communities.
