Job description
Welltower in Dallas, TX is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Management to establish and lead a best‑in‑class revenue management function across its senior housing portfolio. You will design pricing strategies, optimize asset revenue, and build analytics infrastructure to drive NOI growth.
You’ll partner with Asset Management, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Operating Partners to embed pricing optimization in daily decisions and long‑term portfolio strategy.
