Requirements

5–10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in sales leadership

Proven success leading regional teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets

Strong background in consultative or solution-based selling environments

Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Must reside in AZ or ID and be open to regional travel

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals

Build and execute strategic sales plans to drive market growth and expand territory presence

Manage key relationships with clients, brokers, and strategic partners

Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and overall sales performance metrics

Personally engage in high-value deals and support complex sales cycles

Partner cross-functionally to align on strategy, market feedback, and client needs
