We are partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed home services organization to identify a Director/VP Sales who will play a key role in building and developing the company's sales function across the US.

The business has grown significantly through acquisition and today operates across 25+ locations with approximately 1,500 employees , predominantly across the East Coast.
This is a newly created position with the opportunity to build the sales infrastructure, processes and performance standards required to support the company's next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
The Senior Sales Leader will work closely with leadership teams across the company's branch network to assess existing sales practices and develop a more consistent, data-driven approach to sales performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement standardized sales processes, systems and best practices across the organization.
Establish and monitor key sales metrics and KPIs , with a particular focus on improving close rates, conversion and overall sales effectiveness.
Partner with individual branches to understand performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
Develop sales reporting, dashboards, scorecards and performance-management processes.
Build training, coaching and development programs that improve sales capability across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve lead management, customer conversion and the overall sales process.
Support the integration of newly acquired businesses and help establish consistent sales practices across the growing platform.
Help shape the future sales organization, including potentially building an inside sales function .
Over time, take on broader leadership responsibility as the sales organization continues to develop.
The Profile
We are looking for someone who has helped build or improve a sophisticated sales organization within a multi-location or distributed business .
Direct HVAC experience would be highly relevant, but is not essential . We are equally interested in candidates from residential home services, home improvement, home technology, home systems or other businesses with a structured B2C sales process.

Previous experience directly managing a large sales team is not a requirement . Initially, this role will operate through influence, with dotted-line relationships across the branch network rather than a large direct team.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical and comfortable using metrics, KPIs and sales data to identify opportunities and drive behavioral change , while also possessing the communication skills required to gain buy-in from local leadership teams. xqrzhdi
