Job description
Michigan Certified Development Corporation (MCDC) is seeking a Vice President - SBA 504 Lending to provide leadership and strategic direction for SBA 504 loan officers and processors in Michigan. The VP will guide underwriting, structuring and closing loans, and help grow the loan pipeline through referral partnerships.
The role requires deep SBA lending expertise, strong management experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with up to 2 days onsite in East Lansing, MI.
