Job description
Customers Bank is hiring for a SBA Government Guaranteed Lender role in the Reno area. You will develop a book of SBA 7a loans, grow relationships with owner-occupied businesses, and drive new lending and deposits.
You’ll leverage COIs, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities with Product partners to deliver a full banking solution. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years SBA 7a loan production experience, strong underwriting knowledge, and proven networking skills.
