Job description
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Scrum Leader in Boston, MA to drive Scrum adoption within the Fund & Investor Solutions team. You will establish practices, remove impediments, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver high-value increments.
Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in a similar role, strong communication and mentoring skills, and experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, XP, and Kanban.
