Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader to drive NSL-focused quality and process improvements across the system. You will collaborate with Quality leadership to shape strategic initiatives, ensure clinical effectiveness, and align physician compensation with organizational goals.
With governance on the Physician Compensation Committee and responsibility for deployment of new delivery models, you will guide market growth, workforce planning, and program sustainability across the division.
