Job description
J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to join our Small Cap Investment Banking team in New York. The role focuses on sell-side M&A, with related financing as applicable, serving family-owned, sponsor-backed, and select small-cap clients.
You will lead client interactions and work closely with the Commercial Bank and Private Bank to deliver integrated solutions. The team targets transactions in the ~$100–$500MM enterprise value range and emphasizes lean deal execution with high-quality outputs.
